  Sanjay Patel, Chairman and Co-Founder
Sanjay has over ten years of experience in IT project management, process reengineering and change management and has worked on numerous system implementation projects in both the public and private sectors including Social Services for Santa Clara County and Genentech. A recent volunteer trip to Tanzania inspired Sanjay to found Epic Change and continue his newfound endeavor in making the world a better place. An avid entrepreneur, he currently owns Funken Consulting, a management consulting firm in San Francisco, CA and hopes to one day open his own restaurant. His passions in life are food, travel and basketball.


  Stacey Monk, CEO and Co-Founder
Stacey is a founding partner with Funken Consulting, where she focuses on working with corporate leaders to successfully create, lead and navigate organizational change. She holds a Masters of Arts Management degree from Carnegie Mellon University and has successfully leveraged her previous experience in the performing arts to generate creative, innovative and effective approaches to her current career in management consulting. She previously worked with Deloitte Consulting and Genentech, and was inspired to found Epic Change by her incredible experience as a volunteer at Shepherds Junior Academy in Arusha, Tanzania. Stacey currently resides in Florida and is a certified dance instructor in both “Zumba” and “Shake Your Soul”. Her passions in life include singing, travel, her miniature English bulldog Millicent, and spending time with her niece and nephew.
